The month of March is a tutorial in prioritizing your personal needs over the demands of others. One false step, and you’re gonna feel the hurt. It is a time where we need to develop within ourselves the ability to reset-regroup-recharge; all within a flashpoint of time and space. It is necessary to develop a hair-trigger efficiency in response to rapidly changing circumstances, while having your basic needs in place in order to sustain yourself. The energy on the planet will be accelerating, and our sensitivity to ourselves is essential to remaining calm and balanced amidst the chaos.

The month of February 2024 is the beginning of an intensified wave of energy on planet Earth that will push people’s boundaries to the limit. The sentiment of, "Hey, that’s enough, I’m not taking it anymore!" will rise like a battle cry throughout the land. In our personal lives this requires us to choose our battles wisely, and not enter into a conflict that is a useless spin cycle of anger and vengeance.
This lifestyle, this Sikh Dharma lifestyle, which I’m blessed to be a part of, is a lifestyle of grace; where love abounds; where harmony persists. As one sees Sikh Dharma, so it is. From corruption to elevation, and all steps in-between, Sikh Dharma allows for all views to exist. Still, it has another, another way of existing where grace is real. Please, allow me to share how we do this.
Welcome to the new frontier, the big bold calendar year of 2024. The ever unending flow of time and space has set forth a new paradigm, and we will need to adjust ourselves accordingly. The number 8 of 2024 represents the themes of power, energy, finance, healing, and our ability to remain fearless amidst wildly changing circumstances. Number 8 is the Air Element, and as powerful winds of change move across the planet it will be our internal compass of self-resolve that will keep us standing tall and strong.
God is love. That’s a universal truth we humans have finally got right. Love is at the core of everything, and it’s about time that humanity acknowledges it. God's love is boundless, so much so that it appreciates a touch of diversity in various forms. Love adds to His, God’s delight. We, the people of Earth, are part of that divine plan, that joy. But, like everything in life, there's a cost to gain this experience.. Allow me to explain.
How much am I truly deserving of? What should I expect from life, and when does self-deception end? Is it better to live in the convenience of illusions or to confront harsh realities? These questions, borne out of self-talk, often lead to a less-than-ideal outcome.
We find ways to numb ourselves, whether through organic means or otherwise, to evade pain. Ignorance and denial become shields against the full awareness of our existence.

Khalsa Family Farm is doing great. This team is super productive and dedicated. Shenoah has been with us for 13 months and Jim for 11 and they are both excited to keep growing the project.
We became approved vendors of the New Mexico Grown program in January and since have sold a lot of produce to the Food Depot in Santa Fe and now distributing to some senior centers and schools in the program.
Let's dive into something T.S. Eliot once wrote in his famous poem, "The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock.” He said, "There will be time, there will be time, to prepare a face to meet the faces that you meet." It's like a poetic metaphor for how we navigate life. It's true, but also a bit sad. Perfect poetry, right?
Being aware of the struggles and battles we all face as earthlings can be both terrifying and inspiring. Face after face, we shape our perception, trying to make others see us the way we see ourselves.
It’s a long time to hang in the sky (a parody on a John Denver song). We hang in there, we keep-up. We are the people, the people of love. That’s worth keeping-up for. This journey, this spiritual journey, this Sikh Dharma journey, ALL spiritual journeys, almost always takes eons of years to get to Amritsar. Aren’t we lucky, we have made it in this lifetime.
Amritsar is an earthly destination. Amritsar is also a metaphor for reaching the heavens, at least one of them anyway. Do you remember the expression ‘seventh heaven’ as meaning the top experience of all the seven heavens?
